This is a special post in a few ways. Me and Mr E went away for the weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, it's my 100th blog post AND I've now posted more times than any other year! (That last one is stretching a bit but its a milestone for me that shows I'm more productive than ever before - huzzah!)
Anyway here are a few pics from our LOVELY weekend in the village of
Saltaire, Yorkshire and
Salts Mill. Well worth a visit.....

SALTS mill - textile mill operating up until the 1980's now converted into galleries , shops and restautrants. Mr Salt created a whole village for his workers....There are David Hockney original works around every corner and in every nook and cranny - wonderful!! He's a local lad you see... |
